  • Priority Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business day (available for select locations).

B. International Shipping

  • International Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination country, but typically take 7-21 business days.
  • International Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days for most countries.

Note: For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's government. Lovexoxo does not have control over these charges and they are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • The shipping method selected (e.g., Standard, Expedited, or Priority)
  • The delivery address (international or domestic)
  • The total weight and size of your order

4. Discreet Shipping

We understand the importance of discretion when purchasing adult products. All of our packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Lovexoxo or the contents of the order. The return address will only show a generic name and address to ensure that your purchase remains private.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website.

Please note: Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect once your order has been shipped.


6. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5-14 business days (Standard), 2-7 business days (Expedited), or 2-5 business day (Priority).
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary, but typically range between 7-21 business days for Standard Shipping and 5-10 business days for Expedited Shipping, depending on your location.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or holidays.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most addresses within Canada and internationally. However, due to local laws or shipping restrictions, we may not be able to ship certain products to certain countries or regions.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.


8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the carrier, or inability to deliver, we will contact you to confirm your shipping details. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee before sending the order again.


9. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your products, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your order is lost or damaged, please follow these steps:

Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if the package is delivered to the correct address and signed for by someone at that address.


10. Order Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once the order has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.
