3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Intimate products (e.g., vibrators, dildos, and other personal items) that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
- Lingerie and clothing that has been worn or removed from its original packaging.
- Lubricants, oils, and creams once opened or used.
- Special orders or custom items that were made to order.

Note: Any return requests made after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
